Corning Espionage Case Postponed

Yeong C. Lin, 65, of Fountain Valley, California, charged with theft of Corning LCD glass proprietary materials and providing them to PicVue Electronics, a Taiwan-based competitor to Corning, had his case postponed to July 11 in US District Court in Rochester. Lin was provided with Corning information by former Corning employee Jonathan C. Sanders, who pleaded guilty in January and is now serving a 48-month sentence in federal prison.
