HTC Dream Android at I/O Conference

HTC’s Dream smartphone was demoed during the I/O Conference in San Francisco. HTC’s Dream smartphone is an Android compliant phone and is sized roughly 3″ by 5″. There is a slider keyboard underneath the rather large LCD that takes up most of the device. The Dream smartphone incorporates an accelerometer, similar to many other phones including Apple‘s iPhone. There is also a built-in digital compass that allows you to pan Google Maps in Street View. Have a look at the video and you’ll realize that HTC’s Dream could really be the start of some incredible things.
